VERDICT: Each of these have questions to answer, but better was clearly expected of Chauffeur Driven on his seasonal return at Ffos Las. Sent off the 3/1 favourite, David Pipe's charge was prominent for a long way before weakening approaching two from home. That will have blown the cobwebs away, though, and from 3lb lower with a tongue-tie and blinkers applied for the first time, he could step forward. Better is anticipated from Native Moon, who has changed stables since pulling up at Uttoxeter in May, while Honey Jack may be able to build on his recent Kempton performance.
