VERDICT: The winner of a maiden hurdle at Uttoxeter on his penultimate start, Nowmelad currently sets the standard and, on the back of another solid display when third at Stratford last month, is presented with a good opportunity to add to his tally here. Not So Sobers has shown a lot of promise in bumpers and is taken seriously on his debut over hurdles, while point-to-point winners Mossy Fen Road and Wild Nephin are other notable recruits as they debut under Rules.
