VERDICT: Lady Nunthorpe has gradually worked her way into form this year and confirmed the promise of a C&D third when breaking through at Southwell. The placegetters have done little for the form since but the fourth has come out and won, and there is more to come from Geoff Oldroyd's filly. Em Jay Kay regained the winning thread at Wolverhampton last week, but drops back to the minimum trip for the first time in a while. Recent 6f course winner Fletchers Dream and the unexposed Brazilian Rose have never tried 5f before, but both enter the equation. Darlo Pride has to be considered too.
