VERDICT: Unbeaten in two ridden starts in 2024, Joshua Peji (8) returns to the code in cracking form and can bring home the bacon if Damien Bonne keeps him trotting. That said, Jacaranda (3) won with authority under these conditions a month ago and is not going down easily. Runner-up over course and distance on his only monte start, Joph De Vandel (11) reverts to the same formula and can start to put things right. Julius Du Theil (5) makes his main-track debut on a hat-trick and even though unraced since late-September, he still looks to have an important role to play.
