VERDICT: It looked like a decent bumper that Jazz De Cotte won in Ayr back in April and he may be able to make a winning start over hurdles, despite giving weight away to a couple of principal rivals. The French-bred beat previous winner Thistle Be The One then and the third horse, Califet En Vol, was an impressive winner over hurdles at Kempton recently. The Willie Mullins-trained Gorvitho is obviously one to note on his Irish debut. The No Risk At All gelding was runner-up on his sole start on the level in France. Taponthego ran well when chasing home Fleur In The Park at Wexford and is another for the shortlist.
