VERDICT: Sceptred Isle is interesting here on her return to jumping. The Cityscape mare had a good campaign on the Flat this year for George Kingston, winning twice, and handles soft ground. She was a cosy winner at this venue back in late May in testing conditions and could be nicely treated back over timber having been an improver on the level. Irish Impulse came good over fences at Clonmel just over two weeks ago and switches back to hurdles off a 6lb lower mark. Mahlers Cove was knocking on the door earlier in the year and could be place material on his return.
