VERDICT: Galleo Conti (5) had a nice confidence-boosting win at Meslay-Du-Maine last time in late October and will be ready for a return to a stronger race. He was a classy hurdler and has taken well to fences with some placed efforts in Grade 1 races. Polyrisk (8) can keep the selection honest and looks like the main threat. Funway (6) is a solid option each way and Genesis As (1) can also give a good account of himself.
