VERDICT: The White Lady (2) wasn't winning out of turn at Deauville last month and that confidence-boosting victory stands her in good stead here. She boasts a good record on this track and is taken to get the better of improving Miwa (3) who has benefitted from the addition of headgear. Last-start scorer Safwan (1) is worse at the weights with the selection but remains competitive for the leading positions despite carrying a penalty. Fang Mich (6) finished 2nd recently in a Class 1 so isn't without a chance either.
