VERDICT: This might not be the deepest of novice hurdles and Koukeo is fancied to come out on top. The O'Neills' four-year-old couldn't get involved in the Goffs Defender Bumper at the Punchestown Festival on debut before finding one too strong at Chepstow when starting out for his current team. The yard is in good form and the switch to hurdles looks certain to unlock improvement. Others to note include Epic West, Broderick and Bridge Court.
