VERDICT: The strength of Seymourjohn's point-to-point success has yet to truly be tested and although he is an obvious contender, Maldini Milano should take all the beating. Paul Nicholls' gelding was picked up for 80,000 euros in June of last year and looks to have been found an ideal opening on his debut. Sure To Be Sure struggled on his racecourse bow at Newton Abbot and will need considerable improvement.
