ANALYSIS: Held up behind leaders, pushed along and made no impression approaching 4 out

ANALYSIS: Led, not fluent 2nd and headed, mistake 7th, dropped to rear from 8th, tailed off
VERDICT: Having failed to build on a promising third-placed reappearance at Newton Abbot when down the field at Chepstow and pulling up at Plumpton, Forever William has something to prove now tackling fences. He would likely go close if back to his best, but Gyenyame rates a more solid proposition. Joe Tizzard's six-year-old should have learned plenty from his opening sixth over fences at Chepstow and a similar performance may suffice. Universal Secret has it all to do on the ratings.
