VERDICT: A comfortable winner of this contest in 2022 off 2lb lower, Does He Know returned this season with a respectable fourth here over 3m1f. The step back up in trip is likely to suit and he is narrowly preferred to Abuffalosoldier, who was only worn down late in the piece at Exeter last time out. The hat-trick seeking Hymac is another to consider, having scored here in April, while Scottish National runner-up Surrey Quest cannot be ruled out.
