VERDICT: Although unthreatening last month in Paris, Ideal Du Noyer (10) has otherwise been in cracking form and returns to a more reasonable level with every chance of imposing. 25m better off and also back in a more suitable category, Illustre Sax (7) can make a big impact if he replicates his Pornichet performance. Also starting in front, Ideal D'urzy (5) takes his maiden competitive monte steps with hind shoes off and Eric Raffin in the saddle for the first time, and could well prove something of a spoiler. Incroyable Morgan (4) should not be too hastily-judged for his Alencon sanction, and should appreciate the new profile.
