VERDICT: Midnight Stagger may be able to follow up on his victory here early last month. The Galileo Gold gelding was a bit green when hitting the front then, lugging to his left in the closing stages, and was probably value for a bit more than his winning margin of half a length. He is just 3lb higher now and cheekpieces are fitted. Great Mover has been placed on her last two outings and looks like the obvious danger on her all-weather debut. Ja'marr ran well for a long way in a decent Curragh maiden last time and could be a player now off a mark of 68 on his handicap debut.
