VERDICT: Numidia didn't perform badly over further in fourth at Bellewstown and fifth at this track. The last couple of times he ran over C&D he finished second, so a big run looks likely. Jockey Wesley Joyce is good value for his 5lb claim. Jawhary has been sliding down the weights and was beaten less than two lengths into fifth over C&D last week. He races off the same mark, so is well in the hunt for prize money. Omakase tries a new trip on her third run back from a lengthy absence and shouldn't be ruled out.
