VERDICT: Mr Cassiope (1) didn't go unnoticed when finishing 5th on his return last month and needn't improve a great deal on that encouraging comeback outing to land the spoils in the 'Lucky Last.' He gets the nod ahead of Laurent (5) whose freshness and efficiency on deep/heavy ground will stand him in good stead. Jack O'boy (2) is another proverbial 'mudlark' with the means to play a leading role, though will need things to go his way over this distance at the very end of his range. Rising Blast (8) and Bejar (7) appeal most of the remainder.
