VERDICT: Jeudi Des Racques (4) may not be the most dependable of horses but he showed marked improvement at Vincennes last month and, barefoot from the front row here, can make this his own. On the second row but on-form, and winner of his only run here, Jupiter Turgot (9) will be no shrinking violet, and neither will the excellent Joker De Choisel (10) who is barefoot for his first objective of the autumn. Joker De Choisel (10) has 2 races under his belt and, barefoot with Eric Raffin back in the sulky, will have his chances.
