VERDICT: Dancing Steve showed promise on a couple of occasions before he was successful over 1m1f at Tipperary and was making his first visit to this venue last month when finishing well into third behind Church Mountain (won again since). The World's Astage had a list of placed efforts this summer but needs to bounce back after disappointing at Clonmel, while Cleopatra's Needle won over hurdles at Fairyhouse last month. Any market move for Thegooseiscooked would be significant after catching the eye when staying on over shorter trips on her latest two starts. Poppadom was just denied at Gowran last time, but appears best on soft ground.
