VERDICT: Devil's Angel won eight times in the UK, including over this trip, and having joined current connections earlier this year, has dropped down to a competitive mark. The selection finished strongly when narrowly denied over 6f here last month and should be suited by the step back up in trip. Ferrari Desert confirmed the promise of her third to Purring Along in a 27-runner Curragh handicap when scoring over C&D last week and rates a serious danger off just a 5lb higher mark, while Velvet Skies also advertised his chance here last time when beating all bar Marble Angel. Are You In Or Out ran a cracker on soft ground at the Curragh and is a threat if reproducing that form on this surface.
