VERDICT: Figuero (1) was unplaced in a Grade 3 race last time and a good second before that at this track in early October. He can score from Jolidee (6) who was a decent second last time at Compiegne in late October and can be competitive. Ischia (5) is one to include in all of the place bet permutations. Hokusai Vallis (2) has been performing over hurdles of late but is a previous winner over fences and should be on the premises.
