VERDICT: Presenting Pete didn't build on his chasing debut second here over further when fifth at Southwell, although he can't be written off yet. Sun Joy may have needed his return at Kempton and the handicapper has given him a chance by dropping him 3lb, but a chance is taken on Burrows Hall. A consistent type over hurdles, which included a win at Catterick over 3m1f in February, he appeals as the type to progress further now sent over the larger obstacles.
