VERDICT: Sudden Death (12) finished an eye-catching 3rd on his return from a lengthy layoff at Le Mans a fortnight ago and won't need to improve a great deal, with superior fitness on his side, to get the better of Amanta Cove (5) whose candidacy for success isn't in question, especially with Florent Guy engaged. Last-start winner Clicclic Panpanpan (4) and consistent MER BLACK (9) are also competitive for the podium positions.
