VERDICT: Cymric confirmed the promise he showed as a juvenile with an encouraging comeback second and there should be more to come from him, especially with the tongue-tie retained. Buffalo Storm Cody fits a similar profile and ought to play a leading role in receipt of 3kg from that rival. Best-weighted Elegant Ice and the lightly raced 4yo duo of Biofarmer and Moving In aren't taken lightly, while Kinshin Sha is better than his last start suggests and could fare better back at 'home' on the Vaal track. Unexposed maiden Hemisphere is one to keep an eye on after a lengthy absence.
