VERDICT: A ready winner over timber at Huntingdon 16 days ago, Ballintubber Boy is an attractive option as he's turned out again quickly off just 5lb higher for his chasing debut with ground conditions still in his favour. That is not to underestimate Inoui Machin, whose recent hurdles success at Kempton should also have set him up nicely for his own first run over fences. Any rain would be a bonus for Ask Brewster, who shades Madaket as the pick of the remainder.
