VERDICT: A nicely-bred filly that qualified very smartly at Caen during the summer, David Thomain gets the nod for her debut and, despite the draw, can make it a winning one. Mimi Raudiere (2) has 2 races under her belt, caught the eye at Laval last time, and looks the main danger. Modesty (5) did everything asked of her first time out, will have come on for the run, and benefits from the engagement of Paul Ploquin. Unexceptional in her spring qualification, Melina Supreme (14) has had time to come on, hails from one of the best yards in the country, and cannot be ignored
