VERDICT: Although seen more often than not under the saddle, Icare Du Pommereux (5) left a good impression under these conditions during the summer and from the 5-spot is well-placed to win this. Tom Debost will still feel the heat from Icare Du Pommereux (5) who has been very hard to knock lately, and the generous Ideal Madrik (4) who is barefoot for his first objective of the autumn. Solid in both starts here this year, Intello D'erable (3) will have a reasonable claim on the silverware.
