VERDICT: Bear Profit had Red Trail just over a length behind in third when successful over a similar trip at Naas last Sunday, but the places may now be reversed given softer conditions and the revised ratings. The selection has gained all four previous wins with plenty of cut in the ground at around this distance, and Wesley Joyce takes 5lb off her back. Livio Milo won a Galway Festival maiden last year and was placed twice here earlier this season, while Gandolfo tries this trip for the first time after taking a Bellewstown maiden. Saffronandblue struck form this spring, winning both here and at Sligo, and it will be interesting to see how strong he is in the market after a five-month break.
