VERDICT: Course-and-distance winner before being sent for a spell, In Red (2) has one race under his belt, is shod as he was here last time, and can confirm. That being said, Imperatrice Vitela (3) has excelled this year and the nature of her recent run bodes well for her prospects. Oddly out of sorts at Vincennes last month, Invictus De Hoerdt (4) has nevertheless won three of his last six, goes barefoot with Pierre-Yves Verva in the bike, and can put things right. Ivana Des Racques (7) may not be to everybody's liking, but will be dangerous if she can replicate her penultimate performance.
