VERDICT: Vintage Clarets won this competitive sprint off a higher mark last season and another bold bid looks likely. Richard Fahey's inmate arrives on the back of a solid second at Ascot and should have the measure of last year's runner-up Glorious Angel once again. The latter ran well at Ripon when last in action, but Vince L'Amour may prove a bigger threat having won with a bit to spare at York last week.
