VERDICT: Ballynaheer returned from a break on the back of wind surgery earlier this month, staying on into third at Uttoxeter. The slight step up in trip should suit the five-year-old and, from an unchanged mark, he can find the necessary improvement. Getupearly, runner-up on his last two starts, looks set to go close once again. Even so, Toad Of Toad Hall is competitively treated and might prove the bigger threat with Jamie Brace taking 3lb off his back.
