VERDICT: Simiyann was impressive when scoring by six lengths at Wolverhampton 10 days ago and is very hard to ignore, even with a 5lb penalty imposed. He appears to have found an extra gear now he has adapted to racing in a visor and is a strong fancy to give weight and a beating to his rivals. Smokey Malone is effective over track and trip so also warrants serious thought. Drouthy Neebor, a potential improver over this distance, is a must for a betting check.
