VERDICT: Otago wasn't at his best last time but the son of Cable Bay, a multiple C&D winner, is expected to bounce back. Jim Boyle's gelding landed the corresponding event off 1lb higher 12 months ago and, with conditions to suit, this looks a winnable opportunity. Romanovich remains in good form but does have a bit to prove on ground as testing as this is likely to be, so Voodoo Ray could be the bigger threat.
