VERDICT: Queens Venture has shown only moderate form so far, though gave the impression this extra distance would bring improvement when staying on well for fourth here in July. Dan Skelton's filly should prove competitive at this level on her handicap debut and a bold bid looks likely. A runner-up over 3m at Perth last time, Western Glen has scope for further progress, while Shibuya Song won with a bit in hand at Worcester on her penultimate start and has claims on that form.
