VERDICT: Alika Breeze sprang a surprise when winning at odds of 50-1 at Bath a fortnight ago. That was a giant leap forward on what she had shown previously, but Richard Hughes' filly has few miles on the clock and may defy a 4lb rise in the handicap if arriving in a similar vein of form. Soi Dao finished behind her in second that day but has a 2lb pull and that could bring the pair closer together. Recent Brighton scorer Marsh Benham can go well under a 5lb penalty.
