VERDICT: Jettie's Run makes plenty of appeal based on last month's debut second over course and distance. She was no match for the hot favourite Magical Trail, but showed enough potential to suggest she can win at this level. Maissara failed to progress when fourth at Yarmouth, but is not out of this if settling better in the early stages. Remember The Bear is a half-sister to the useful sprinter Pillow Talk and is preferred of the newcomers.
