VERDICT: Group III Prix de Psyche runner-up Uluru (11) sets the standard and is the horse to beat. However, Selemiah (1) is on a steep upward trajectory and could pose a threat with further improvement expected of her. Julica (12), disappointing at La Teste during the summer, retains sufficient means to make her presence felt in a race of this nature, so shouldn't be discounted. GALAXY VEGA (4) completes the shortlist although several others are capable of getting into the picture.
