VERDICT: Having posted some creditable efforts in defeat in hunter chases earlier in the year, Cat Tiger could be worth chancing back under the tutelage of Paul Nicholls. The veteran has been given some respite from the handicapper and another victory could be on the cards. Opening Bid landed last year's edition of this contest off a 2lb higher mark and a recent fifth at Worcester should have him spot on for a repeat. The nine-year-old is feared most, ahead of Kauto The King.
