VERDICT: Excellent in her first 2 outings, including under these conditions, Mavista (1) lost her action early next time, but Matthieu Abrivard takes over the reins and can win this if he gets her off on the right foot. Madness (7) is significantly better than her recent Vincennes performance would suggest and the engagement of the champion driver will do her prospects no disservice. Marvina Bella (6) gave a good account first time out and, 10 days on, looks considerably more competitive. Magic Night (11) has evident ability and, if allowed to express herself, can go close.
