VERDICT: Given a rest after failing to fire at Cabourg in early-August, Icare Du Tresor (13) returns to a track he appreciates, shod to preference, with his trainer onboard, and looks the pick of the field. Mathieu Mottier will still be keeping a watchful eye on the wonderfully-engaged, and padded, Indigo Gede (16) who receives an Alexandre Abrivard ride for the first time, and a reconfigured Indigodarche (5) who has won 2 of his last 3. Intrigue De Max (6) has been showing her form and has a reasonable chance of making the frame.
