VERDICT: Miss Jaja (14) may not have been as sharp since winning with authority here during the summer but she has clearly been prepared for this, races barefoot for the occasion, and Alexandre Abrivard will be out to confirm. She faces a tough challenge though from a race-fit Jiva (7) who is shod as she was when placing last time at the venue, and Jurella De Palm (6) who has gone close in her last 3 and who races first-time barefoot. A very good campaigner when barefoot, Julia Quesnot (9) showed her form when prepping for this and could pleasantly surprise
