VERDICT: Honest veteran Santurin (2) has acquitted himself well in considerably stronger Quinte+ handicaps in each of his last 3 starts and should prove even more competitive at this level, especially returning to this venue where he has already been successful. Last-start winner Rodainah (3), a proven PSF performer, could make life difficult for the selection, despite her resultant 2,5kg penalty, along with course-and-distance specialist Vadirum (1) who will enjoy this shorter trip after stretching out to 3000m at Le Lion-d'Angers in early August. Willy Winner (9) and Sainte Rita (5) know this track inside out and can get into the picture.
