VERDICT: Sent for a spell after winning at Amiens in early-June, Lexovienne (2) returns to racing clockwise after her Vincennes conditioner and looks thoroughly capable of opening her autumn account. Lysandra (6) however produced a very good effort in the provinces recently and, with 4 pads fitted and Benjamin Rochard in the bike, must also be considered a leading candidate for success. 3rd over shorter here late-August, L'amethyste (5) may not be easy to handle but is fitted with front pads this time and will have a lot to contribute if she stays in stride from one end of the race to the other. Lewisia De Latom (7) took little time returning to victorious ways and despite the rise in category, still looks a player.
