VERDICT: Making Waves (8) ran a good race when second in a claimer last time. She is the selection ahead of the top-weight Baliros (1) who won at Vittel in late July and has not been disgraced on his latest two runs. Happy Together (3) has shown ability in all three of his runs and could be well handicapped. He looks like a good option each way. Promesse (6) ran her best race when she was second at Le Mans earlier this month and can not be overlooked.
