VERDICT: It may be risky to side with Lord Smart (2) who has been sanctioned in his last four starts but he has more than the required ability to win a race like this if applied. In case the selection performs below-par, Lucky Wind (12), who is expected to improved on his Vincennes run, looks the best alternative. Lasko Des Brousses (14) is well-entered and is worth a positive mention. Lino Guillerville (4) runs with pads on for the first time and can spring a surprise.
