VERDICT: Confirmed at a superior level but currently out of sorts, Pierre Belloche gives Joyeux Meslois (4) a chance to regain some morale and, together with Journey Of Dream (8), represent the main contenders. Just A Winner (2) is not an easy horse to handle but he seldom disappoints when focused and, even under harness, deserves to be taken seriously. Claiming specialist Judith Reine (6) returns to the category after a fruitless streak in marginally better company and can begin to redeem herself.
