VERDICT: Ice Max cosily took care of Poker Face (second) when securing the Celebration Mile at Goodwood last month and considering the manner of that victory, he is expected to confirm the form. However, they both might up against it with Lead Artist, who was only denied by the smart Kinross in the Group 2 Park Stakes at Doncaster earlier in the month and the step back up in distance should suit. The son of Dubawi continues to improve and he can record his third career victory.
