VERDICT: Maddelina caught the eye when finishing third on her debut at Carlisle earlier in the month and she should have learned a great deal from that experience. John and Sean Quinn's filly has plenty of scope for improvement and it would be no surprise to see her go in at the second time of asking. Nala Star filled the runner-up spot in a handicap at Bath last time and she has to be respected back in novice company. Of the remainder, Monetize makes the most appeal.
