VERDICT: Very easy to like and presently in cracking form, Halo Am (2) was simply superb over 2850m here a month ago, thrives over these shorter trips, and will take all the beating. Leading the opposition is Garth Vader (6) who took particularly well to these conditions earlier in the summer, and Sidney Celeber (7) who will be expected to make amends for his recent sanction. Third to Dominik Locqueneux's horse on his Vincennes debut a month back, Braveheart Grif (3) will not be sent out at 140/1 this time around.
