VERDICT: Epidavros beat She's Got Bottle (second) by just over a length at Carlisle earlier in the month and she can confirm that form to mount a bold bid off 4lb higher. However, the vote goes to four-time course winner Shine On Brendan, who finished a close-up fourth over 1m2f at Redcar last month and is off an unchanged rating. Jim Goldie's seven-year-old remains on an appealing mark and looks well placed to regain the winning thread.
