VERDICT: Iroko Du Loir (9) posted a very promising effort on his comeback run at Vincennes on 30 August and could be hard to beat if he builds up on this effort. Zanza Frank (3) has done extremely well since racing on French soil and looks a big threat to the selection. Heureuse De Vivre (8) has a lot of stamina and will have no issue coping with the trip. L.l.labero (1) is an intriguing candidate that could spring a surprise.
